Return and Refund Policy

Returns Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
  • Items marked Final Sale or limited drops are non-returnable.

How to Return an Item

  •  Submit a Return Request via our Returns Portal within 14 days of delivery.
  • Include your order number and reason for return.
  • Once approved, you'll receive return instructions via email.
  • Ship your item(s) using a trackable method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty Refunds
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at support@transparencyclothing.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll make it right—on us.

Important Notes

Transparency Clothing reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet our policy criteria. Items returned outside the return window or in a used condition will not be refunded and may be sent back to you
